  Filled out a credit card application, asked for expedited delivery (on the application) and it was sent to a previous address instead of the primary, and not expidited. Ridiculous. I have a copy of the application and it was filled out correctly, and the individual that helped me at the location did their job. It was whoever approved the application. At this point it's a gamble banking with Arvest, maybe they'll mess up bad enough that it actually pays off. What a garbage bank.

  Fantastic location. Recently used this facility during my process buying a house. Jamie Cornett was absolutely incredible! Took care of every possible need. Kept me informed at all time. Answered every single question I had. Extremely flexible schedule and was always available to take care of me and my family. Even helped entertain my kids when we came by for paperwork! I will absolutely use this bank again. Made the very stressful process of house buying a breeze!
