      ATM will steal your money and the bank will not help whatsoever to make it right, even though they acknowledged that they were 100% aware of the problem prior to my attempt to use the atm. They also charge more than a $3 fee to use the atm. They charged me $5, my bank confirmed that with me. Now I have to get a new card and reset all of my online payments due to banks shady practices and bad equipment ! Ron Johnson bank manager was extremely rude and unwilling to help at all, when I asked him to confirm in writing that I did not receive the cash. He claims he didn’t see me even though I called while I was still in front of the atm.
