  Love them guys and gals at Khiel office. They are always happy and cheerful. I've been with Arvest for 16 years and havent ever had issues.

  WORST BANK EVER Kiehl Avenue branch has had their lobby closed to walk in traffic for over a solid year. Other banks and businesses are open and running but not them. They are slow as molasses even on a good day, 2 tellers or 5 ,still wait wait, wait. Ridiculous. Last several times at the Commercial lane drive thru, whether you have 1 car or 7 cars in line in front of you, the wait time averages 23 minutes. One time it was 29 minutes behind ONE CAR. Saturday, June 19th 2021 was the final straw. I dropped my bank bag in the night deposit Friday night for change, preparing for a busy Father's Day weekend, pulled up to the bank Saturday morning at nine A.M. to get it. Bank was CLOSED. No lights on, no cars and NO SIGN. Shades pulled down and dark. Went to the "Teller In A Box" they are using now. Lady could NOT help me at all and said they should be open 9 to noon. WTH?? Had to go back to my store, come up with another 300 dollars to get change and went to my personal bank, First Arkansas Bank and Trust. And that is where my business account will return to. Found out Tuesday morning that they told people individually they would be closed on that Saturday. Well, that did not cut it. I was not told. No email, no sign, no nothing. I am closing my accounts, cleaning out my safe deposit boxes, cancelling my credit card and moving on to a bank that lets you in and has real humans...not Teller In A Box.   Set an account for my daughter, with court systems involved. Everything went fine at first. Then bank manager moved to another branch in the middle of all of it, then it becomes impossible to get a hold of anyone at the branch she is currently at. Very disappointing. My ex-wife has an account with arvest, I was thinking about changing to arvest myself but if this is what I have to expect with customer service from arvest. probably not gonna happen with me. Very disappointed
