  Excellent customer service. The drive through is always quick. Craig and Lisa are amazing to deal with and respond to my emails extremely fast. Definitely the only bank I'd recommend.

  I get tired of waiting, whether I am the only one in the drive up or the only one inside. Last week I walked in and there were 4 women inside, one finished up with a client right away and I stood there looking at all of them for 5 mins and none ever looked at me. REDICULOUS! Also I opened up a new account to add to the the 3 we already have and the man in the office took forever and he did not have a client, typical I thought. I would change but we have had our main account for over 30 years.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Already sent my check otherwise I’d left already. Been sitting in the drive thru for over 10 min. With no one else here and the lady’s in the window just talking😡
