  Very unhappy with Arvest customer service. I had a security breach on my checking account. My Visa debit card was declined yesterday and I could not reach their fraud department to find out what was happening. They're closed on weekends. This morning, I was given the run around by multiple employees at their call center and I also could not reach the local branch by telephone. Every call to every number of Arvests' diverts to their call center. Guess their customers aren't important enough to take a phone call from. I guess my retirement account doesn't count for anything either as I keep getting bumped down the line of advisors. I am very disappointed in Arvest Bank and will be looking for a new one. It's actually zero stars, but I had to select at least one to proceed with my review.
