I’m very upset. I liked this bank til last night I couldn’t get the money loaded on my debit card that was sent to me . I was stuck in pine bluff for three hours. After being on hold an hour I find out that they are shutting down my account right before a big insurance check will Be deposited My daughter son boyfriend and landlord all bank here cause of me and my daughter is in college. We need the same bank. I was told the branch manager could help me with this and she now is saying the general manager . Very sad no ones I have talked to about this has had any compassion and doesn’t care At all. Wow
