      Would love to say a big thanks to Danny Wooldridge at the simmons on Military in Benton. He was so nice answer all our questions and took care of us .

      This Bank never answers the phone. Never! This place used to be metropolitan national Bank and it was a good bank. Simmons took over and you can't get through to customer service no matter which branch you called. The bounce check fees are almost up to $40 a check. It's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.
