We decided to go with a local bank for our recent mortgage and could not be happier. Brenda, our loan officer, went above and beyond to take care of us, and continues to do so. For example, we were 6 months into our new home when she contacted us suggesting we refinance. Taking her advice, we knocked 10 years off our mortgage AND lowered our monthly mortgage cost! Brenda, and Arvest, continue to deliver. Thank you for all that you have done, and I imagine you will continue to do.

As far as a bank, excellent. This particular branch though is slow as can be. Don't think you can swing by quickly - won't happen. It's always a wait at drive through. A long wait!! Left my original review some 3 months ago. Update - It's not improved. Wait was so long in drive thru, I went inside only to find one, yes one teller working the inside. Frustrating!!
