  These bankers have taken good care of me and my account from the day I opened it with them. They are polite and professional every time and help me when I need it which is all you can ask for from your bank. They have enough ATMs in this area which keeps me from having to pay the outrageous fees that come with having to use anyone else's ATM.

  Went to cash a check from a customer (Arvest account holder) today and was informed it would cost me $5.00 for every $100.00 even though the check was from them. Of course, I didn't cash it there because I would've paid about $50.00 in fees. I'm sorry, but that policy is madness. Beware people if your a self-employed individual such as me, you may want to get cash or go elsewhere

  Visited this Arvest branch and the people were very friendly. They really seem to care about small business development and helping them even beyond the services they typically offer.
