      I received an auto loan from Arvest. They took the title at the time of the loan. Four weeks later I’m still waiting for the title return to me. This means I can’t get a license plate and to drive it is illegal. I’ve gotten no answer to where the title is.

      Worst customer service ever!!!! Two employees making fun of a customer, over ten minutes waiting for them to finish laughing… so unprofessional and disrespectful, I will Not be back!!!
