      Worst bank experience ever! Do NOT open an account with them. A $300 deposit went missing. They did nothing to solve the issue. Also, they set up new bank cards for my husbands account. He was told personally that they were all set up, but when used to pay bills it did not work. We had to pay late fees and they did nothing to help with that either. Closed our account with them. Have had much better experience with Midfirst and Bancfirst.

      Do NOT bank with Arvest. They Do Not stand behind their customers. After a year of being a good customer, my college-student daughter was defrauded by a check cashing scheme. Her account was wiped out. The friendly bank manager assured her "check stops" would be issued. Then when curiously no one could issue them, she was made to repay the bank in full. She was told she would easily be able to open a new account (the manager recounted how he helped a woman come through the same scheme weeks ago). Accepting this unfortunate fate, my daughter worked diligently to repay Arvest. When she asked after a new account, Arvest had new, arbitrary paperwork hoops to jump to prove her story (?). Finally today was abruptly told that Arvest was "terminating" their relationship with her. Every step of this process was punctuated by deceit. Good faith was rewarded with bad action. Arvest does not stand behind their customers. Don't bank with Arvest!!
