      Never had any problems till the name switch. Now I'm locked out of my account once every 1-2 weeks! This week they decided to let my card work for a bit and make some small purchases ; then a couple hours later whole card just completely stopped working all together, despite having money!! Thought it was the card itself since its a bit beat up but i can't even make online purchases šŸ˜  And of course there's no way to reach them on the weekend so pretty much screwed till Monday. Super unhappy with this service
