  Not sure why they still close at 5pm while other banks close at 7… this is 2022 and this bank kinda needs to catch up.

  I have twice now received some very bad service from this location. There is an older white lady that works in the drive through that is so rude. She is so short with me, cuts the camera off as I'm talking. Honestly, my partner is black, and he gets the same feeling that I do that she's displaying signs of racism. She will act differently once she sees him in the car. I have used Arvest for many years at many locations, I've banked with Arvest since they were Superior Bank! This is the rudest teller I have EVER experienced. I would not be going to this location if the Albert Pike location and the one near bathhouse row didn't shut down. I frequented those nice locations when they were open.
