      We were referred to Sandra for a building loan. This was our first custom build and Sandra walked us through the process and stayed in constant communication from the application through the final occupany certification. More importantly, she stays on top of the builder to ensure you interest are protected! When our build was complete, it was a no-brainer to continue with Sandra on our conventional mortgage as you will get great rates but with a Sandra's personalized attention.
