      Just an office full of women who don’t have any clue what they are doing. Never been able to spend less than an hour here due to their incompetence.

      The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The branch is close to the house so I don't have to go far. I had to make a change to our checking account to stop recurring service fees. I couldn't understand why this couldn't be accomplished online because pretty much anything else can. I had to go to the branch. Recommendations: Ascend, you need to fix that problem. Otherwise, I am still a satisfied customer! 😉
