  I’ve had the worst day i’ve had in a while so my brain was just not cooperating today & i was extremely confused & a lady who works there named tara took time to help me with depositing & walked me through what to do next time i go though it again. SUPER helpful & i appreciate all the help she gave me. I think I’m just as confused about the whole virtual assistance money deposit as everyone else, but they’re extremely eager to help you handle your money. awesome experience.

  Highly disappointed with this place! Account was hacked and all money taken from it. Ascend said they could do nothing about it and I just lost the funds. I have never had a bank do this...if my account has been hacked in the past the bank investigated and gave me back my money. This is pitiful being that our money is not protected. And the woman on the phone is VERY RUDE and not helpful!

  Implemented stations where you can't actually interact with a person. When you ask for help they don't want to give any assistance just point and say try the machine again. Most difficult place I've ever tried to deposit money. Machine wouldn't accept the cash, can't hand the cash to anyone and deposit it. This was final straw for ascend. I will be closing my account with them.
