      Even though you tell them that you're a victim of a flood, even though you tell them that FEMA owes you money but is giving you the run around, even if you tell them that you have no place to live, even if you tell them some of your friends died and your kids' friends died, no matter what, they'll prioritize payment over anything else. If you wanna use a company that is heartless and cold, no matter what you tell them, that's on you...... You've been warned..... A flood took lives, homes, and displaced people, and these people didn't care.....they didn't care about the dead people....... Heartless and cold
