      Awhile ago left a 1 star because of this place not being organized and they don’t update their hours online .This branch is on one of the busiest spots of Nashville but yet they are not organized.online says open ,at 1:40 pm but,when you get there the lobby is closed on a regular Wednesday. This happened a lot to me and I wish I could take that one star off but can’t . So if you are a customer or SPECIALTY a business owner THINK TWICE before driving all the way here and see the old fashion papers on windows telling “we are closed” PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ONLINE LOBBY HOURS SO WE DONT SPEND SO MUCH ON GAS TO SEE A CLOSED BANK !!
