      Don't bother calling been on hold for 15 mins can't get ahold of anyone really getting sick of this bank and their constant high call volume bs

      I am very disappointed with my experience with this credit union especially Jennifer Hudson. We went in trying to get a heloc they told us everything was going to be fine told us our appraisal will pass no problem. Well our appraisal did pass and we could have gotten a good chunk of our debt taken care of but they decided it wasn’t worth it for them after putting us through everything and wasting our time and now charging us an appraisal fee. This bank is horrible I don’t know why anyone would go to them go to vibrant if you want to get your money’s worth.
