Today I went in to cash a check but was told by bank teller HOLLY that my check couldn't be cashed because "there was not enough money in my account to cover the check" she also said they would have to hold the check for 10 days(never heard of this!) I said Thank you and went to another ascentra location. They cashed the check with no problem! When I came back to ask HOLLY why she couldn't cash my check she then said "it's the tellers choice" She stood there and just continued to lie to my face! I've been banking here for years and I have 4 different accounts but it's things like this that really make me want to switch banks! who wants to be treated like that? Who wants to be lied to.

Incompetent tellers can't even fill out a cashier's check properly. Tried to open checking account. Immediately after stating I owned my home, guy asked me how much my house payment was. Completely incompetent. Bank elsewhere.
