      Great help and service on the telephone, but inside the lobby they are not wearing masks. A little unsettling most businesses require employees to wear masks too. EVERYONE needs to wear masks.

      You are correct. We are encouraged to wear masks all of the time and it is mandatory when a non-employee is in the buildings
