      Initially Ashley is more than happy to help you but she will NOT continue to help you if you face issues down the road. She will overtalk you if you call and ask for help and act like you are accusing HER of doing something wrong when all you want to some assistance in dealing with customer service in the mortgage department of Regions. She also will not help you if are asking about refinancing! I am FINALLY free of Regions and I just wanted people to know these are NOT people you want to deal with. Regions in general is terrible and I do not know how they stay in business!! If you don't believe me, just look at the other reviews posted about Regions and by the way, don't believe the JD Power awards that say the customer service department of Regions is great. Lies, all LIES!!
