  I came to deposit a check to my wife’s account due to the fact that she has a full time job and does not have time to make the deposits. Since we don’t have deposit slips I usually use my debit card so they can find the account and when they looked it up with MY DEBIT CARD and MY NAME ON IT they said to me that I was not allowed to have a debit card with my name on it because I wasn’t on the account. The manager Jeff Bowers tore my card up and said he was not allowed to give it back to me even though he had already deactivated it. My wife went to a regions branch to add me to the account and that way we didn’t have anymore problems and again Jeff Bowers said that he was not going to allow me to sign the documents that were faxed from from the branch my wife went to because I only had a passport and ITIN number. I’ve opened a bank account using the above mentioned documents and I’ve had no problems. Very bad service from manager Jeff Bowers. 👎👎👎 This was most definitely a racial discrimination situation. We have filed a complaint against him as well. I solved the issue at another branch so what can I say, the problem was the person (Jeff Bowers) not the branch.

  I would recommend going to another region’s location cause they’re very rude and unprofessional!!
