  We completed a transaction yesterday, where Betty was representing the seller and we were the buyers represented by a local real estate agent from another firm. Ultimately, the transaction was reduced to a simple, cash sale. The total value of the transaction was only approximately $115,000. From our initial site visit - walk thru, to the closing yesterday afternoon (which she didn’t attend), Betty’s level of communication has been poor and slow. In our deal, Bettys client was an individual that resides outside of our state. So, communication with that individual was expected to be a bit rough. However, our issues arose in trying to get basic questions answered during our due diligence. When our representative attempted to contact Betty by phone, her voicemail was full on four occasions. Our representative told Betty of that and apparently she never emptied her voicemail. Additionally, texts and emails went unanswered sometimes for a few days. I would not want Betty to represent me in any transaction. I advise those that read this to look elsewhere for a real estate representative.
