Sara Tekile Was my banker I came in to close my Deceased father’s account. I had all proof needed to close the account as the bank rules are as follows. I live about 30 minutes away and when Sara decided to tell me that she wasn’t going to close the account. Her words were not informative or professional. She tells me, “ I need to speak with someone in the back” I asked for information as to whom she needed to talk to, she did not give me any contact information for any of these people??? only took my number did not give me a valid reason why she couldn’t close it. I am very disappointed in service. Hope to reach a manager within Customer Service today before close.

having a horrible experience with this bank paid my overdraft fees for my account after doing so they closed the account that day without notice of any kind stay away
