      I had an account with this bank for over four years, and it was a lot of trouble. Every time I tried to do anything but direct deposit and use the credit card, I ran into unexpected hoops I had to jump through. And I was lucky if it only took an hour to resolve, but it usually involved a lot of running around to other offices even when I had all the paperwork on me.

      Used to be a good bank, in recent years they have gone the wells fargo path of adding hidden fees at random times. When I closed my account they couldn't even do that correctly. Saying transactions from two days before i closed the account hadn't posted yet, and i owed them money. When I went into the branch to pay them, I didn't have my id and they refused to take the balance. If possible go with a credit union, theses guys are crooks.
