      terrible to get to talk to an actual person. i had to call main bank in downtown Green Bay. when i went to bank, both tellers helping drive ups - no one attending walk in customers. would not recommend this branch as they have no one to answer a phone or help walk i customers.

      Associated Bank’s CUSTOMER SERVICE has been replaced with “NO SERVICE.” Sure, they are friendly and lots of smiles behind the teller cage. Beyond that they are onerous, cumbersome, slow, and only structured to serve the bank not the customer! It takes an hour to wire money which u lol sed to take five minutes. Their bank card no longer offers fraud or transaction protection beyond 50 miles from the bank! So if you order extra something using their bank card, and it doesn’t get delivered or it’s received totally damaged and the supplier won’t give you credit back, they won’t reverse the transaction like they did before. To add insult to injury, they now implant a bug on your software on your computer and cell phone and tracks everything you do and any place you go online. They then sell that information to anyone that wants to buy it! SAD!
