Been with them since they merged with Pioneer. Very friendly at all locations. Had some issues with online activities when the merge first happened. I think they have addressed a lot since then and that means a lot to me. Haven't had real major issues in 10 years between pioneer and capital

My debit card stopped working this weekend. I used it to buy a couple albums and some drinks on Friday night. At the grocery store today, it wouldn't work. I'm done with this awful, semi-functional, "bank." Every week I have to go in there because of some problem. But tomorrow, I will be closing my accounts. Edit: Super cool how they publicly shame me. My pin worked on Friday but then it wouldn't work on Sunday; somehow that's my fault. This is the kind of "customer service" I have come to expect from this "credit union."
