      10 minutes going through telephone options just to ask a simple yes or no question. Doing less and less for customers. Have to make an appointment for the simplest of transactions. They don't really want customers to bother them. Edit: and then the fees...for everything. EVERYTHING. And you look in their faqs or whatever, and it even says fees are a point of contention, and you think, well they must be doing something to mitigate that, and you would be wrong. And then they talk about posting the fees so you'd think the fees would be someplace obvious to see, and you'd be wrong again. A bunch of slippery business people.

      This bank has gotten to be ridiculous to deal with. After having accounts with them for years and years. Today they refused to cash a formal printed check issued by the state of Wisconsin. They would only deposit and wanted something like up to 5 days to verify the state of Wisconsin had a few hundred dollars available to cover this check. I could totally understand if it was a personal check or even if it was a small business but from the state of Wisconsin???
