      Was given a false sense of optimism by banker with regards to applying for a loan only for the application to be declined. Was also told my lien would be released electronically to the DMV and told them to make it clear I did not want my title mailed. I go to the DMV the day my lien was released and found that my title was being mailed to me. My experience with them when I was a little more financially stable seemed to go a little smoother but it seems when someone hits harder times, you are no longer a priority. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
