I have NO idea what those last two comments were, but competing banks trying to lower the score for Associated or jilted people but they supply NO facts so disregard them. I have been with Associated for 15 years and this branch is one of the friendliest. Granted, people leave and go to other bigger branches to advance, so they do end up training a lot of people. You have got to start somewhere. R-E-L-A-X as Aaron would say. You will not find a better group of people who go out of their way to help you reach your goal. They listen and treat you like a friend I go here and bypass the other Associated banks on my way from work or errands. Top notch help. And if they cannot get the answer they will find it for you and call you. So do not even think about the low ratings above as they are not credible. I am one of top 13% of reviewers for this area for Google, so trust me when I say this branch rocks. I

I have never had a bad experience at this branch. While it doesn't have every service available yet (ie. coins to cash) because it's a smaller branch, I mainly utilize it for deposits and withdrawals which always goes well. The staff is always kind to me and makes conversation while helping me. They also have great hours and it's convenient to be able to get groceries and stop at the bank in the same building.

Service sucks. Whenever I come to this location there is never a banker available. There is always a 40 minute to an hour wait.
