Omg I freaking love this Associated Bank Location! Hands down by far the best bank in town to go to. The staff here is so friendly and they are quick with appointments if you need to talk to someone about getting an account or an existing account. Silvia Jimenez helped me with everything and her customer service is exquisite! Thank You Gurl!!! I didn't have the best credit to begin with but they helped me out and were so nice! And I got a packer debit card!!!!! The application to apply and fill out for a checking and savings account was so simple and easy to understand I highly recommend this location to everyone. Thank You Associated Bank in Fitchburg! You guys are the best!

Went in for a new debit card and told the teller my wallet was lost and everything in it. So I would need a new debit card. He told me it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting 15 minutes the bankers first question was do you have your ID I said no I lost my wallet hence a new card. You need an ID was what I was told. Although when I set up my account you copied my ID. So I waited for 15 minutes for a 10 second conversation. The banker didnt even clear his desk. When I get my ID I will be changing banks

If you call them you will talk to a robot followed by 20 minutes of terrible music. I have an account here and am not able to access my online banking or contact them because after waiting 20 minutes they hung up on my call. Would not recommend this bank to anyone and suggest you try somewhere else.
