      This place was lovely. Conveniently located and the teller was very sweet and helpful.

      Closing account after having account with ACU for over 40 years. They froze the use of my debit card without informing me, causing embarrassment and extra time and trouble to make a payment to a doctor. The reason for the "freeze" was because I had not used the card for 2 months.. UNACCEPTABLE! Additionally, ACU has become more greedy than banks which is apparent with their policies. Bye ACU! NEVER AGAIN.

      I was informed there was not one ACU that is able to cash a check that is drawn on their bank if you are not a member. I had to ask their member not to write me a check from them again.
