      Been a member for many years. This is a new location & small. Drive up is available. It may take awhile for service.

      The fact that you can’t take overdraft protection off of your account is the reason I’m closing my account. Instead they rather take the money out of your savings and if you have no money in either account they want to charge you a 30$ fee for not having any money . How are you going to charge me for being broke just decline the withdrawal.!!!

      This is a new location, but it seems to have many issues i am so sick of this bank i will be closing my account due to the fact ATM locations or few not convenient, plus i really don't see the difference in ACU and a regular bank the fees are definitely the same
