  This location is one of the best I’ve patronized from a customer service perspective. Not only are they always friendly. But the tellers really do a great job of taking care of merchant clients. The Forest Park location is definitely a unicorn in terms of Bank of America branches. Good service with a smile. Charmane specifically always has a pleasant disposition and is easy to transact with. Would definitely advise to use this particular location.

  Brenda the teller is literally the worse! FIRE BRENDA, I stood in line for a long time finally got to the front of her window after she called me up and I had to wait on her to finish up with a customer. My business checks weren’t endorsed and she told me to get out of line when she could have waited for me to sign them. Takes 5 secs and she thought it was funny.

  CHARMAINE LIED!! The worst experience ever! I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. I arrived at 9:28am. There was not a banker or anyone in the lobby to check me in for my appointment. A lady (Charmaine) finally came from the back at 9:45am to start checking people in. After I told her I had a 9:30am appointment, she proceeded to tell me they were behind on their appointments. I even asked Charmaine (the lady) how long I would REALISTICALLY have to wait to be seen, and she told me 30-minutes….. however, when the other guy banker came out to grab a 10:30am appointment, I stopped him and told him No bc I had a 9:30am appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that my name wasn’t even checked in, which means Charmaine LIED!! I ended up waiting an additional 1-1/2 hour just to be serviced, which in return, caused me to be late for my son’s doctor appointment! I never do business at this branch, and only came here because they were the only ones who had a sooner Saturday appointment. Dissatisfied!!! This further proves my reasoning for not doing business at this branch!
