Barely awake, I went to the Decatur branch to make a deposit this morning and coffee hadn't yet kicked in so it took a moment before I realized the bankers were all dressed as super-heroes...masks, capes and corresponding name plates. Y'all the costumes were seriously pro level. Can I just say this brought a smile to my face and joy to my heart and it was obvious they were enjoying themselves as well. The world is rife with negativity these days and this moment, this idea and these bankers provided a much needed antidote to that. Love and appreciate my credit union always but today, especially.

Inconvenient place need more locations. There's no credit union close to my home address. Online banking doesn't take care of every thing so when you need to actually visit the bank it would be nice to have one closer to your home.

I've been a client over 30 years. Love this Credit Union! Their customer service is second to none. When my account was hacked, they were on it. I was amazed at how fast the Fraud Dept. detected the unusual purchase. I was contacted quickly and my funds were replaced in less than 24 hours. I've recommended them to all of my friends and acquaintances. ♥️♥️♥️👍👍👍
