  Have used this bank for a few years, but over the past year it has went downhill fast. Several instances of the bank being closed during regular business hours. I don't mean holidays or odd hours, I mean just randomly closed for no apparent reason. They've also closed the drive thru and replaced it with a live teller machine. I don't trust machines when making deposits, so my only option now to make a cash deposit is to park and go inside. I did try to use the live teller machine twice, and both times it was out of order. If it wasn't such a hassle to change my direct deposit, I would have already left this bank. If I could give them zero stars I would. I do not recommend, anywhere else has got to be better. Update: The last straw has been reached for us. Still no drive thru service available and now they have added a kiosk where you have to log in and enter information before you can get service from a teller. It's like they are driving customers away on purpose, absolutely ridiculous. We have opened new accounts elsewhere and will close our accounts here as soon as possible.

  Hi! Thank you so much for your membership! We have had to close our Carrollton branch at different times throughout this past year for the health and safety of our members and staff. However, we have always posted signage and sent out multiple emails during these temporary closures. Let us make sure we have your most current email address of file the next time you come by.

  My husband and I opened a shared account months ago thinking it would be beneficial to have a credit union. This bank is HORRIBLE! We have to call in weekly to unlock my husband’s card. The representatives that answer say they cannot help that we have to wait for normal business hours to call in. When we get upset and not so nice, they then change the story to there is no lock on our account. They put a maximum daily spending limit on our account. They can’t give us a reason as to why our cards consistently get locked. We also only are allowed ONE online account. Meaning that when my husband created it, I can’t login without a secure code from his phone, even though it is a SHARED account.
