Trish was thorough and diligent. Got us a great rate and reviewed all our options to find the best fit. She saved us during closing! Our original lender told us it would take 6 weeks to get an appraisal and we would have lost the house. I appreciated how quickly she reacted, getting us approved with another lender with the same rate, and we closed on time. She has access to so many lenders with many options and is kind and honest.
