  From the very first contact I had with Marina Watts, at High Tech Lending, she came across as knowledgeable and professional. I had spoken to other reverse mortgage loan officers prior to contacting Marina, but she made a more positive impression from the very start. That first phone call I made was the start of a nine month long working relationship where she advised and guided me through securing a reverse mortgage on my behalf. Because I was also in the process of getting a divorce at the same time, it made the loan preparation challenging. To know I had Marina looking out for my best interest every step of the way, gave me the confidence I needed to see me through this challenge in my life. I cannot recommend, Marina, more highly. Her steadfast interest in her client's individual needs and wants makes her uniquely qualified to navigate her clients through one of the biggest decisions in their lives. After my divorce was finalized, and the mere fact that I am now able to continue living in and am now the sole owner of my home where I have lived for 34+ years, is a true testament to Marina's unwaivering support and knowledge. I feel what began as a professional relationship has now blossomed into a personal friendship.
