      Great bank to use. Unfortunately, the online banking is a pain! Got locked out of my account multiple times. Wish there was 24/7 service to help with the only banking.

      Terrible experience with them when I had a situation with my other bank account rejecting one of my online payments for my vehicle. (Not my fault, funds were there & Huntington reimbursed me my late payment).. I worked very closely with an associate there to ensure my payment was made timely to ENSURE I would not be turned into collections. They still turned me into collections & dropped my credit score. THANKS FOR WORKING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Any other company I have ever worked with would "good faith" as long as you communicate well. I wouldn't recommend financing anything here.
