This company dropped the ball many times with me regarding my home title. They failed to communicate properly and were often rude to me when I would return phone calls or ask questions. They performed and charged me for a survey that my mortgage company did not require despite me indicating on forms Associates Title provided to me that I would not need one. Now 5 months later they’re calling me because they did not have me sign all the proper paperwork, and they have no explanation as to why this happened. I worked most often with Bethany. The fact that I work for a company that often utilizes Associates is even more disheartening in their treatment of my title process. I would never and will never recommend anyone use this company.

I was able to have my paperwork thoroughly explained and the whole process took very little time. It was a comfortable atmosphere and the staff encouraged questions and wanted to make sure I knew what I was signing and why.
