The Fifth Third in Canal is very unhelpful without concern or care in regards to a person’s well-being! I will not say this about all, but at least about one of the managers and one of the reps. They showed little care as to inform or be of help or service when I was uneducated about how easy access works. I had two paychecks taken from me and all I kept hearing was we can set you up for a loan. I will no longer bank with fifth third but I also ask all of you to make sure you are educated before you bank with Fifth Third or use any of their so called benefits or programs. They will not help you in any way, but love to utilize your money or sign you up for something that will actually leave you in a while in the long run. Even customer service was of no help. I cannot have a bank that cares nothing for me or my well being. Please make sure to pay close attention to everything that you do with and at Fifth Third. Students educate yourself and I will make a post on all social media sites as well.
