      Phelps had assisted me through the home buying process. It wasn’t terrible but he said he would give me a closing gift but i never received it. He also said he was going to be at closing, but i never saw him there. When he is busy and you text him he will open it and not respond for hours or days. Other than that he was very good.

      Jude is fabulous! I called him on the spot, we found a home that required a pre-approval letter. My husband and I received the letter that same day. He was always available every phone call I made; even called us after hours when needed and knowledgeable to all my questions. This was a pleasant process, even our Sellers commented that this was the easiest and most painless closing they have had. Kiddos to Jude and his team; I will recommend him to my family and friends.
