      This branch lies about their hours of operation. The website says drive though is open on Saturday from 9am to 12pm (with the light on) and no one responds.

      I just went and closed my checking account at the Essen Lane branch a few days ago. I will never bank here again. I went to the branch and into the lobby after they finally let me in through the locked doors. I was struggling with two heavy bags of coin. I cannot wear a mask but nobody bothered to ask me why nor help me with the heavy bags. Instead, the man in the office in front office across the lobby from the tellers, yelled at me from across the bank lobby in front of the customer he had at his desk. "You have to have a mask," he yelled. I can't wear one for medical reasons, but nobody bothered to ask. He chose to embarrass me instead. IberiaBank is worthless and I will never recommend doing business with them.
