      Even under the tight timeline and changes, Tom was with us through it all. He was very responsive even on the earlier and later sides of the day and his professional and personable approach gave me reassurance that he would do everything he reasonably could to make it happen. I'm very pleased with the process of financing my home with Tom. I'd not heard of Assurance before, but on my realtor's recommendation (and good reviews) and Tom's work, I'm very optimistic about Assurance going forward.
