      I used Glenn Thomas for a few loans and it was quite painful. Pricing was always changing and he did not know the loan products well (surprises on LTV, didn't know what closing credits we could use, etc.). To top it off I had a deal fall through and they did not refund me my initial loan fee even though the contract clearly states they're supposed to refund me if the deal doesn't close and they only won't refund it if there is a misstatement on my end (which obviously isn't the case because I had close loans with them before). You can definitely find better brokers out there who act more professionally and want to be long-term partner. I would NOT recommend using them.
