  I visited Howard Hanna Realty on a whim after being discouraged by my week-long apartment search. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by several people, all of whom were friendly. Michael Carretta offered to do an online search for me on the spot, forwarding the search results to me while I was in the office. Upon realizing that one of the apartments included in the search he did was listed by one of his colleagues, he located her and introduced the two of us. Leah George, the agent in question, went out of her way to get me to see the property before I flew back to the West Coast. After I viewed the property, she offered to be of further assistance should I need it. Both Michael and Leah provided excellent customer service, particularly considering that I was a walk-in customer. They, along with two other agents affiliated with Howard Hanna (whose names I did not get), were very welcoming and made me feel as if they truly valued my business. While you might think that that is the minimum of what an agent should do, given some of the extremely negative on-line reviews I have read for property managers and real estate agents in the Pittsburgh area, the high-quality customer service provided by the agents I encountered at Howard Hanna Realty appears to be the exception rather than the rule. Although I ended up choosing an apartment through another agency, I would 100% go back to Howard Hanna in the future should the need arise.

  Please drive through our community safely and drive wuth caution. One of your drivers flew down the street over the speed limit almost hitting my kid because you were on your cell phone. Luckily I recorded you speeding off and than turning with no signal. We love our neighbors and kids!!!!

  They represent slum lords, I moved in to a house and withing a month I had sewage over flowing in the basement. That lasted a year with me constantly asking the landlord to fix it. So, by my attorney's advice I with held rent and started the process to moved out. Their agent emailed threatening me when he didn't even know the situation. I am looking to buy a house now and will find someone else to go through..
