      Great local bank with excellent customer service. ASB has very convenient hours too ! I recently spoke with a teller about how she knew my boss and his family and about her family history in the same profession as me. I love the small community hometime vibe that I received at ASB. I would highly recommend opening an account at ASB.

      Place is a joke. High interest rates, only amazing credit loans. And even a high minimum for secured loans.. no customer service on weekends or after hours. One of the worst banks I have ever had...

      Don’t use the small bank. Fraud department says 24/7, on hold for over 2 hours no response. ASB hopefully gets bought by bigger bank that will have some accountability if issues pop up. Not the first time it’s happened.
