      THE DUDE ALEX AT THE 516 NUMBER, AND THE BRANCH AT 30th AVENUE, ASTORIA ARE AGAINST THE CUSTOMER! THEY LIE TO YOU, THEY IGNORE THE POWER OF ATTORNEY, THEY LOCK YOU OUT OF ACCOUNTS, IF YOU HAVE JOINT ACCOUNT AND YOU CREATE A PROFILE WITH YOUR JOIN OWNER THEY TELL YOU IDIOTIC THINGS LIKE, 'O, YOU CAN'T USE THAT PROFILE BECAUSE IT IS NOT UNDER YOUR SS*NUMBER, YET YOU ARE POWER OF ATTORNEY, AND YES YOU CAN!

      This bank has the worst wait times. So long for no reason. They need faster tellers. Of faster employees in general. I don’t recommend, bank elsewhere. However if you are looking for a nice small community bank, this is it, if you don’t mind long wait time.

      It was two minutes before closing time. One of the manvers was very rude. I explained that I only needed to make a deposit and that my parents did not have an ATM card. She told me to Get Out and slammed the door at my face .
