      Natalie went above and beyond to help us with our loan, as she always does. This is not the first time we have used Natalie for mortgage or loan services, and we appreciate all that she does in assisting with a loan. The lines of communication are kept open; she responds quickly to email and phone calls. She does her best to find the best rate and the best way to get us what we need. She answers all of our questions, and even if she does not know the answer, it doesn't take her long to find out. She provides very detailed information and makes sure we have the correct documentation needed to review and process loans. She is diligent and efficient in what she does and we hope to continue to work with Natalie and Alantic Bay Mortgage Group for our future building project.

      Lee Ann Lewis is so helpful, every time we work with her. Over time we have purchased two homes and completed a re-fi with her and she has talked us through each step of the way. Her assistants, Jennifer and Kelli are also super helpful. They all work so hard to make sure the experience is as pleasant as possible, making sure we have every answer to every possible question along the way. I couldn't ask for a better experience....I doubt I'd find it!
